If you accidentally deleted or formatted your memory card, we can recover it for you. Your images will be put on a CD or DVD for permanent storage and backup. All types of memory cards are able to be recovered. We will not only recover your images, but we will also check and test your memory card. We are also able to secure erase your memory card in a way that resets your memory card so that it will be just like when you bought it.
If your card is unrecoverable, which typically only happens if the card is physically broken, we will not charge you.
